Fêtons le Printemps
Saturday March 25th and Sunday March 26th, 2023
OLD SITE OF SAINT-VINCENT DE PAUL HOSPITAL, in prefiguration of La Collective
Access by: 82 Avenue Denfert-Rochereau, 75014 Paris.
At the invitation of Carine Petit, Mayor of the 14th arrondissement of Paris, Thanks for Nothing is organizing the artistic program of the 2nd edition of the Festival “Celebrate Spring” to be held on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 March 2023.
The wasteland of the Saint-Vincent de Paul Hospital, formerly the Grands Voisins, will exceptionally open to the public for two festive days on the theme of art and commitment.
This event announces the programming conceived by Thanks for Nothing which will take the form of a future art and solidarity center, La Collective, which will open its doors in this place in 2026.
On the program of the Festival: artists’ installations, music, dance, performances, meetings with the associations of the project, participative and creative workshops for children…
The Town Hall of the 14th arrondissement will organize many workshops and activities for the public and children.
Paris & Métropole Aménagement will be on site to present the conversion of the former Saint-Vincent-de-Paul hospital. The objective is to produce a sober and inclusive neighborhood through a “reasoned development” that respects the history of the site.
The public is also invited to meet the future actors and associations of La Collective through a forum of meetings with the teams and volunteers of the structures involved.
A catering service will be offered throughout the weekend.
This event is free and accessible to all!
