Art as a vehicle for citizenship
Since 2017, the nonprofit organization Thanks for Nothing brings together artists and actors of the art world to develop artistic and solidarity-driven projects with a major impact on society. It is part of a globalized context marked by deep economic, environmental and social divides.
Thanks for Nothing’s projects bring together artists, nonprofits, beneficiaries, institutions, partners, insiders, and the general public on an equal footing. This aims to create a system of fruitful exchange between different realms that have much to contribute to one another.
Thanks for Nothing’s program is designed to concretely contribute to social progress in three areas:
- the defense of human rights
- education
- environmental protection
